Human-like Non-human: HAOS Ver 1.0

《Human-like non-human - HAOS human cognition liberation project Ver 1.0》exhibited at The 2021 Treasure Hill Light Festival.

Continuing the context of ver0.0, the century-old Guanyin Mountain Reservoir is transformed into a laboratory for human cognitive enhancement. Through the tongue-mounted electro-tactile device, audiences can perceive AI-generated virtual landscapes outside the reservoir. This project explores sensory substitution and human brain plasticity, training electro-tactility to become the dominant sense, thereby expanding the boundaries of art and culture.
