Apocalyptic Iteration
Constructed from scrapped vehicle wreckage, engines, desiccated tree roots, and power pumps, this five-meter-tall biomimetic kinetic installation fuses organic decay with industrial remnants. Integrated with 3D-printed structures, motorized propulsion drives a mechanical computational display—allowing industrial artifacts and biological textures to intermesh, achieve an isomorphic synthesis, and undergo a dynamic "rebirth."
Anchored by an edge-computing workstation equipped with an RTX 5090 GPU, the installation engages audiences in real-time dialogue via microphone. A Large Language Model (LLM) parses semantic input and translates it into synthetic neural impulses, orchestrating responsive light pulsations and the rhythmic "breathing" cadence of the motors. Within this perpetual loop of discarded matter, generative code, and kinetic force, the work contemplates the interconnected "life cycles" of carbon-based organisms and silicon-based machines, interrogating the essence of sentience, consciousness, and life itself.
